Step 1: Initial Meeting

Step 6: Hands-On Training
Demonstrate correct I-9 completion using a live, hands-on example. Guide HR through, correcting, logging, and updating existing I-9 records.
Step 7: Digital Archiving
Train on scanning, naming, encrypting, and storing digital files securely.
Step 8: Independent Work & Spot Checks
HR begins reviewing the remaining I-9s with periodic spot checks.
