4. 2-3 hour interview on 8 key areas of client's business
5. Evaluate info and write up Roadmap
6. Deliver written Roadmap to client
7. Meet with Client, review Roadmap, set Goals
In addition to the Small Business Roadmap, we offer a specialized compliance tool: the I-9 Roadmap. This targeted process focuses specifically on helping businesses ensure proper employee eligibility documentation and procedures. It identifies weaknesses in I-9 compliance practices and outlines clear, actionable steps to reduce legal exposure and administrative errors.

1. Explain process and answer any questions
2. Sign and return contract and check
3. I come on-site and do a high-level review ensuring you have I-9s for every employee.
4. Spot check I-9s for any errors (are they the right version, are there missing fields, do you have the hiring date?)
5. Teach you how to detect and correct errors.
6. Teach you how to create finalized I-9 Binder and File
